Welcome! I’m Claire
Certified Personal Trainer | Group Fitness Instructor | Nutrition Coach | Swim Coach
Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, I now live on the sunny westside of Los Angeles. My background as a competitive swimmer led me to two Olympic Trials competitions, and to UCLA, where I competed for five years and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Food Studies. I now coach at DMN8 located in Santa Monica, coach one-on-one and semi-private groups, and as a swim coach with Los Angeles Water Polo Club.
My goal is to offer clarity, education, guidance, and connection in the ever-evolving world of health, wellness, nutrition, and fitness, as well as refine technique, improve efficiency, and overall confidence in the water.
My coaching philosophy is centered around the idea that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. We’re all unique—and your training should reflect that. I emphasize mobility, along with core stability within strength training to help you move better, feel better, and build a strong foundation that supports you now and well into the future. I also integrate lifestyle, sleep, and recovery protocols for optimal results. For swimming, I specialize in technique, power, and speed so that athletes feel more confident in the water and perform at their best potential.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your current routine, my goal is to help you find what works best for you—in a way that’s sustainable, enjoyable, and empowering.
I look forward to being part of your journey!
