One-on-One Training

When you work with me one-on-one, you get more than a training plan, you get:

Standard Rate
Per Session: $150
Pay-as-you-go option — no commitment required.

Package Deals
All packages require:
• A 4-week commitment (4-week commitment, pre-paid)
• In the case of travel or unavoidable scheduling conflicts, sessions may be extended to be completed within 6 weeks maximum

Packages (4-week commitment, prepaid):
• 2x/week → 8 sessions → $1,160 ($145/session)
• 3x/week → 12 sessions → $1,680 ($140/session)
• 4x/week → 16 sessions → $2,160 ($135/session)
(Packages save you up to $240 and keep you consistent toward your goals.

Online One-on-One Training

Online one-on-one coaching is available! Each session is customized to your goals, fitness level, and equipment availability. I’ll coach you live, providing real-time feedback on form, progress, and modifications so you get the most out of every workout.

Online training gives you the same level of attention as in-person coaching, with the added flexibility to train on your terms — no commute, no excuses, just results.

Semi-Private Training

Experience the benefits of personalized training in a small-group setting with semi-private sessions for up to 4 people. Designed for friends or small groups, this format combines individualized attention with the motivation and camaraderie of training alongside others.

In a semi-private setting, everyone follows the same workout framework, but each exercise is tailored and adjusted for ability level, limitations, injuries, and or imbalances. You will still get individualized coaching and progressions, as well as energy, support, and accountability from the small group!

Pricing (Per Person, Per Session)

2 People: $75 each
3 People: $50 each
4 People: $35 each

Swim Lessons

As a former Division 1 swimmer at UCLA, 5x time NCAA qualifier, UCLA record holder, and 2 time Olympic Trial competitor specializing in sprint freestyle, breaststroke, and butterfly, take your swimming to the next level with performance-driven lessons designed to refine technique and build strength in the water.

We work on all four strokes — freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly — breaking down mechanics, improving efficiency, and building speed.

For athletes, including those training for water polo, I focus on:
• Perfecting eggbeater and treading technique for endurance and stability
• Increasing stroke power and speed to perform at a higher level
• Developing explosive starts, turns, and transitions
• Building swim-specific strength and conditioning to maximize performance

Every session is personalized to your goals, helping you become faster, more efficient, and more confident in the water.

Pricing:

1 athlete: $150/hour, $75/30 min

2 athletes: $75 ea/hour, $40 ea/30 min
